Our beloved operations manager Beth Hawk comes to us from Toledo, Ohio. She comes to Peak with a background that combines her passion for fitness and nutrition with 8 years as a retail manager working for some of the most fashionable high end retail companies in Columbus. Beth enjoys a wide variety of workout types but her favorite would either be a boxing session or long distance run; which is fitting given her upbringing. While she was growing up, her step-dad happened to be a boxing coach and began teaching her how to wield her fists with finesse from an early age. Her music choices change based on the intensity of her workouts and can range from 80’s pop to hip-hop to classic rock. A huge advocate of taking care of the body, Beth has always had interest in helping friends and family get on a healthy track with their diets and exercise. It is also very important to note that Beth has amazing culinary skills crafted over many years in the kitchen and loves working with clients to help them learn the in’s and out’s of healthy shopping and food preparation techniques. Professionally Beth was drawn to Peak because of their commitment as a team to health, wellness and the drive to motivate others to become better all around. Coach Bobby Jocson (pronounced Hawk-Son) is originally from Bloomington, Illinois. When training Coach Jocson focuses on developing open lines of communication while building a trusting partnership with his clients. These two components help ensure that each client has a firm understanding of what the program will be and what is expected of them to achieve success. “It’s important for my clients to have realistic and measurable goals Jocson says.
